Escaros Household: Fall Decor

October is my FAVORITE month of the year. There’s the fall decor, pumpkin patches, Halloween movies, leaves changing colors, and sweater weather (except in Jacksonville, we’re patiently waiting our turn).

This year, my husband was deployed during the month of October and he wasn’t able to experience any of these things with me so we decided to have a delayed Halloween night complete with a themed dinner, festive socks and beer cozies, movies (hello, Hocus Pocus and Nightmare before Christmas), and some much needed quality time together.

For dinner we had stuffed peppers that I carved to look like Jack-O-Lanterns and mini pumpkin pies and it was so yummy + cute!

I am also a firm believer in decorating for the fall season in October and waiting until after Thanksgiving to put up the Christmas lights, so this year I chose decor that could last until it is time to change.

Candle and candleholder are from Bath & Body Works (best smelling seasonal candles ever), the small picture and pumpkins are from Michaels, and our little scarecrow friend is from Dollar General – Koda is a big fan of this guy.

This adorable “Welcome to our Web” sign was a steal at Michaels, as well as this pumpkin that I decided to DIY to add a little personalized flare, and our cute kitchen towels are from Dollar General (I may have went crazy and bought a lot more than I needed but they’re super cute).

I wanted our coffee table decor to be cute, yet simple because we do eat out here the majority of the time. So I picked up these adorable pumpkins at Michaels and this cute candleholder at Target that houses another delicious smelling candle from Bath & Body Works (pumpkin apple is my go to this time of year). I picked up these three larger pillows from Marshalls and the smaller “Boo” pillow at the Target dollar section ($1 holla!).

Now I’m off to spend some much needed quality time with my husband!
